How much does it cost?

Our rates are comparable to hotel rates, but you get so much more! Check out our Rates page.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We are pet friendly. We limit it to two pets and 50 lbs. Pet surcharge is $100 non-refundable and $200 additional pet refundable damage deposit required.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can request a refund at least 30 days before check-in and get back 100% of the amount you’ve paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, you won’t get a refund.

How do I pay?

At time of booking we send you an invoice for 50% of the booking amount. You may pay by check or Venmo/Zelle. Remainder of payment in full is required 30 days prior to occupancy.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, we charge a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per stay.

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes, we collect a refundable $200 damage deposit. Following your good checkout results, refund is done within two weeks of departure.

What is the minimum stay?

By Flagler Beach law, the minimum stay is 7 days. We offer discounts for stays 1 month or more or returning guests.

How many people can stay?

By Flagler Beach fire code, no more than 4 guests can stay in the townhome.

Is there an elevator?

We only have stairs, from the carport to the living area, and then another set of stairs to the sleeping areas.
